What if I start
in the middle of a month?
If you start in the
middle of the month, you will be pro-rated to cover the portion of the
month after your activation date. This amount will then be added to your
first bill.
When is my monthly
bill due?
All billing is sent
on the 10th of the month by e-mail and is based on a calendar month. Your
payment due date depends on your payment method chosen. Credit Cards are
due at the middle of the month. Pre-Authorized Payment are due on the
20th of each month.
How do I cancel
my account?
Service is provided
on a monthly basis. Accounts will be cancelled at the end of the current
month.
